Developing a Strong Media Program for Church or Ministry.

One thing is to ask for “Lights, camera, action”, but another thing is asking for “Father, Son and Holy Spirit”. In this workshop we’ll cover:

Various media technology options when going multi-platform in sharing sermon resources

Things to consider when recruiting volunteers for a church/ministry media team and scheduling them to serve

How can Social Media help in having online presence

    Should we go mobile?

Environmental Projection as a support tool for worship and sermon times

ProPresenter for projection of worship lyrics, Bible verses and video/graphics and PowerPoint

    Livestream options

    Video and audio encoding

Where do we house our multimedia resources?

Faith-based Films Capture the Attention of Hollywood

Faith based films aren’t new territory.  The Bible has birthed epic films dating all the way back to 1920. Today, as films containing Christian values become top box office hits, Hollywood is seeing faith based films as a money making viable genre and taking action to capture Christian audiences.  For this reason getting family friendly shows on television networks and faith based films into theaters is possible as never before!

Christians must seize this media opportunity while the secular media doors increasingly open more and more to TV shows and films containing an inspiring message.  The Christian Media Association Convention is here to help you get your faith based projects into the marketplace!  Come out and be empowered by 50 media workshops, 30 professional media industry speakers and panelists, and exciting panel discussions!

Some of the 30 Speakers and Panelist include: Stan Jeter (CBN News), Tracey Mitchell (Christian Woman in Media), Danny Carrales (DRT Films, Film Festival Instructor), Jurgen Beck (Film Composer), Philip Tellfer (Christian Worldview Film Festival), Juan Mark Gallardo (Radio and Social Media), and our Sponsors include: BMG (Bridgestone Multimedia Group) and HiTech (Industry leader in webcasting and equipment for houses of worship).

Some of the over 50 topics include: Faith in film,  funding and distributing your film, screenwriting,  copyrights and trademarks, publicity, acting, pitching your project, communications, TV, radio and so much more!

Join us Oct. 17th & 18th, 2014 at 2435 Kinwest Parkway, Irving, TX for this power packed media conference!
