Christian LaRegina graduated from the Art Institute with a concentration in Music & Video Business, and continued his education at The Film Workshops in Rockport, ME. Christian has over 20 years experience in producing videos, sound engineering, and video consultation/installation, including 10 years as a corporate video producer in Houston. During that time he won 6 Telly Awards.

After making a commitment to Christ, he started as a volunteer Media Director at Christ Church Baptist Fellowship. Answering a call to serve in ministry full time, moved to Chattanooga, TN, where he would serve on staff as the Media Director at Woodland Park. After 7 years, Texas called him back, and Christian is now the Media & Broadcast Director at First Euless. Christian has a passion for training and a heart in ministering volunteers. He also enjoys the challenge of trouble shooting and conflict resolution.

Christian will be leading a Saturday morning workshop on a vital topic ~ "Solutions to Ministry Burnout".

Burnout is not something that happens overnight. Do you know if your approaching or suffering from Burnout? This is a growing problem in Communication and Media Directors in churches today. Ongoing stresses that lead to burnout is a sneaky way the enemy can disrupt your life and should be taken very seriously! This course will help you identify the signs and precursors before its too late. We also discuss what the causes are or come from. There will be open discussion, time for prayer, mental & spiritual healing. You will be equipped with the tools in how to combat the problem of burnout so you can restore that fire and passion you once had.
